   The Cannabis Cup is a festival that was started in 1987 by High Times editor Steven Hager. A team of judges decides every year which company brought the best marijuana, best new productor nicest booth to the festival.


  The protest rally and parade is held on the first weekend in May, and is the core element of MardiGrass; the centre of a festival weekend containing events such as the Joint Rolling, Bong Throw and Yell, Growers Iron-person, Nimbin Cannabis Cup, Harvest Ball, Picker's Ball, live music and dance parties.

Nepal's Hindu Festival
